Annual Service Contract

Unlimited number of calls per annum

All parts and labour covered

Service available on a two, four or eight-hour response time

Or a combination of the above to suit your requirements and budget

Low-Call Discount Option

Minimum contracted term of 2 years

Agreed number of service calls are designated to the customer each year – our normal level of service cover will apply to all calls

Any calls unused throughout the first year will be carried over to the second year*

On-Site Contract Management

Full or part-time

Permanent on-site engineering

Includes parts and labour

Ad Hoc On-Site Engineer Time

Repair work, servicing, audits, assessments and diagnostic checks

One-off fees or hourly rate

Non-contracted customers or equipment

*Should the number of calls placed throughout the first contract period not exceed the number issued, a discount of up to 25% will be awarded on subsequent contracts.

SERVICE SUPPORT PACK

Our Service Support Pack includes the following benefits:
8-hour Response
An engineer will arrive on site within 8 working hours
4-hour Response
An engineer will arrive on site within 4 working hours
Unlimited telephone support
You are entitled to as much telephone support as you require
Dedicated phone line and email to log fault calls
You have a dedicated line to ensure communication is easy and prompt
Dedicated account manager
You can benefit from a dedicated account manager to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly
Dedicated engineers
Each store will have a dedicated engineer to ensure a good working relationship and familiarity with your equipment on site
Quarterly report
You will receive a report every three months to help you monitor trends, respond and fix times
Health check
We will perform a health check when the quotation is accepted and notify you of the status
Service
You are entitled to a service of printers (and other select hardware) once a year
Parts
All parts are included in the contract, this however excludes consumable parts (for example fuser units for printers)
Travelling
You will not be charged for the time it takes our engineer to travel to the site
