Agreed number of service calls are designated to the customer each year – our normal level of service cover will apply to all calls
Any calls unused throughout the first year will be carried over to the second year*

An engineer will arrive on site within 8 working hours

An engineer will arrive on site within 4 working hours

You are entitled to as much telephone support as you require

You have a dedicated line to ensure communication is easy and prompt

You can benefit from a dedicated account manager to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly

Each store will have a dedicated engineer to ensure a good working relationship and familiarity with your equipment on site

You will receive a report every three months to help you monitor trends, respond and fix times

We will perform a health check when the quotation is accepted and notify you of the status

You are entitled to a service of printers (and other select hardware) once a year

All parts are included in the contract, this however excludes consumable parts (for example fuser units for printers)

You will not be charged for the time it takes our engineer to travel to the site
